Who are they

Originally a Bangkok based company who help tourists with travel health insurance who need help for medical and other emergencies. Now they expanded to many other Asian countries.

What was the issue

They started with a few people, lots of emails and a few Excel sheets. And soon that was insufficient and inefficient to handle many cases.

Solution

We developed a database solution to manage all their often urgent medical cases on a daily basis including communication with the patients, the hospitals, the insurance companies. Accounting, long-term statistics and more.
We installed and administered a growing PC network.

Conclusion

Our software helped them to grow from a company of about 10 employees to more than 100 employees who manage fast and efficiently thousands of cases.
