They needed software to manage their membership loyalty program The Grande Club.

Solution

We designed a database solution for them originally in 2005. Since then, we have constantly added new functionality and changed procedures to reflect the changing business.

Conclusion: With our database they manage thousands of members over many years, reports for accounting and management, promotions, regular emails, etc. Only a few administrative employees are able to manage thousands of members.
